Steps to Import NSF File to MBOX

Step 1:

Launch the software. Click on “Add Files” or “Add Folders” button to select orphan NSF files or the folders respectively.

Once the NSF files gets loaded then you need to provide Lotus Notes file password, the software also provide this password prompt at the end while the export process begins. Then click, Next.

Step 2:

A screen will appear showing Select categories prompt, from where you can select whether to export all mails or selected one. For selecting the mails you can Apply filters by clicking on Set button.

For applying Advance Setting option click the checkbox & then click on Settings.

A screen will appear showing the Advance Options click the options as per your need.

In the Email Address Translation prompt you can set SMTP details manually or you can add .csv file as per your need.

The software also provide an option for Customer Folder Mapping. In this you can give new folder name where you want the map the files & folders accordingly. Then click on Save & then Apply.

Step 3:

After applying the advance options now click on Browse to browse the destination folder where you want to save the exported files. Then, click on Export button to proceed the process.

Step 4:

Then the software will display you an Export Report where you can see the NSF files being exported.

Now, a screen will appear showing Export process completed successfully.

Step 5:

The another way to export your NSF file is by choosing Select Domino users option. In this you need to provide Domino server IP address & its password for selecting the NSF files from the server itself. Then click on Next.

Then you have to follow the same process which you have followed above. Refer Step2.
